What you will do

• Own the design release and lifecycle execution of access control hardware from requirements to production.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure system requirements are met.
• Package hardware components within the vehicle environment and author engineering work orders.
• Lead product development team meetings to drive issue resolution and program milestones.
• Manage supplier timing, deliverables, and technical execution across multiple vehicle programs.
• Troubleshoot component and vehicle-level issues to ensure successful launch and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in a related engineering field.
• Demonstrated experience in automotive embedded controller design and release.
• Working knowledge of vehicle serial data communications (CAN and LIN).
• Understanding of automotive embedded controller verification and validation processes.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship (No H-1B, OPT, or other sponsorship provided).
