What you will do

• Lead the investigation and resolution of complex production issues impacting healthcare clients.
• Diagnose and resolve high-priority escalations requiring deep code-level analysis and database inspection.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable software solutions within the platform.
• Drive root cause analysis efforts and implement long-term corrective actions to reduce recurring issues.
• Review, optimize, and refactor existing systems with a focus on performance and resiliency.
• Provide technical leadership during incident response and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Demonstrated expertise with Java, Spring, SQL, Git, and distributed systems.
• Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving critical issues in complex production environments.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalability principles.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and driving projects from requirements through delivery.
