What you will do

• Partner with Product Management and Architects to translate strategic objectives into scalable technical roadmaps.
• Lead the design and implementation of core Java platform features from conception to deployment.
• Define engineering best practices and guide technical design reviews across multiple teams.
• Mentor Staff and Senior engineers to raise the engineering bar across the organization.
• Develop maintainable software with high test coverage and improve CI/CD strategies.
• Champion AI-native engineering practices and prototype emerging security trends.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience with a track record in Java and Spring.
• Expertise in high-performance Postgres or MySQL, including schema design and query optimization.
• Extensive experience designing and securing RESTful APIs for large-scale systems.
• Deep understanding of endpoint security concepts (TPM, Secure Enclave, MDM protocols).
• Conceptual knowledge of OS-level security reporting for iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IAM protocols (FIDO, WebAuthn, SSO, SAML, OAuth, Federation).
• Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP or Security+.
• Experience with ReactJS.
• Exposure to gRPC API development and microservice architecture.
