CNC Operator 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Nashua, NH (On-site). Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or foreign national granted refugee or asylee status due to ITAR regulations.

Salary: $17.07 - $21.11 per hour

What you will do

• Operate HAAS CNC machines, including loading and unloading parts.
• Manage machine offsets, load programs, and perform tool changes.
• Support and report technical issues to the team lead or supervisor.
• Ensure timely production to meet on-time delivery targets.
• Perform required operator preventative maintenance (PMs) during the shift.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a CNC manufacturing facility.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools to ensure correct tolerances.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, green card holder, or refugee/asylee status for ITAR compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
