Salary: $18.08 - $22.31 per hour

What you will do

• Perform finishing processes for additive manufactured parts, including hand finishing, sanding, grit blasting, polishing, and build breakouts.
• Use precision tools such as calipers, dremels, drills, and soldering rods to meet customer specifications.
• Review order information via computer workstations and accurately complete all applicable checklists.
• Identify non-conforming parts and collaborate with Quality Inspectors and Supervisors to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all safety policies and using required PPE.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or granted refugee/asylee status (ITAR compliance).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and use measuring instruments like scales and calipers.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Craft-oriented experience such as woodworking or jewelry making.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
