Location: Must be based in Universal City, CA (Hybrid: 3-4 days/week in office)

Salary: $105,000 - $135,000

What you will do

• Lead investment strategy for unscripted portfolios by evaluating title performance and demographic opportunities.
• Build and maintain advanced valuation models to inform greenlight decisions and content spend allocation.
• Collaborate with Content Acquisition and Scheduling teams to optimize release calendars and maximize engagement.
• Develop high-impact presentations and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Conduct post-mortem analyses to identify optimization opportunities and inform future strategy.
• Partner with Finance and Decision Sciences to develop pro-formas and scenario analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a leading institution.
• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy within media.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Expertise in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills with the ability to synthesize complex datasets.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
