Salary: $69,800 - $84,000 per year.

What you will do

• Partner with customers to set objectives that drive business impact and maximum client value.
• Develop a consultative approach to address client business issues and industry challenges.
• Conduct advanced issue-based analyses using hirify.global tools to provide proactive, action-oriented recommendations.
• Lead client presentations and drive strategic thought leadership.
• Identify opportunities for increased partnership and value creation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of solutions and alignment with customer business objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Edison, NJ area and able to work 4 days a week at client sites.
• 3+ years of industry-related experience in CPG, retail, market research, analytics, or consulting.
• Advanced capability in data analysis and synthesis of large datasets.
• Strong experience in managing complex client relationships and effective problem-solving.
• Undergraduate or Master’s degree.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global or similar syndicated data and retail measurement platforms.
• Category Management experience.
