What you will do

• Act as the primary technical liaison and owner for assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinate technical activities, escalations, and issue resolution across internal engineering and delivery teams.
• Lead proactive technical reviews to identify risks, trends, and optimization opportunities.
• Support customer upgrades and deployments while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior TAM team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in customer-facing technical roles such as TAM, SE, or Systems Engineering.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software, infrastructure, and IT operations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale or complex customer environments.
• Strong executive communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
