What you will do

• Conduct functional medicine visits both virtually and in-person at the New York center.
• Utilize advanced testing to identify and treat the root causes of chronic illnesses.
• Partner with health coaches and multidisciplinary care teams to drive patient outcomes.
• Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with patients.
• Document clinical care within a proprietary, user-friendly EMR system.
• Collaborate on health outcomes research or technology platform improvements.

Requirements

• Active MD or DO license required.
• Active NY state license required.
• Board certification in internal medicine, family medicine, or related primary care fields.
• 3+ years of experience in primary care (telemedicine or in-person).
• Ability to work at least two days per week in-person at the Manhattan center.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in modern digital tools.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience practicing functional medicine.
• Formal functional medicine training (e.g., IFM).
• Additional state licenses (CA, TX, MA, NJ, IL, PA, VA, NC, CO, GA, AZ, WA, CT).
• Active DEA license.
