What you will do

• Assess and triage urgent pediatric concerns via chat, SMS, telephone, and video visits.
• Perform ongoing clinical and psychosocial assessments for new pediatric patients.
• Identify and resolve barriers to care and reduce gaps such as missed appointments and medication management.
• Educate patients on the use of remote health monitoring equipment.
• Monitor and respond to abnormal diagnostic results, including labs and radiology.
• Provide user feedback to support the continuous development of clinical programs and products.

Requirements

• BSN prepared Registered Nurse with a current unrestricted multi-state (compact) license.
• 3+ years of experience in outpatient pediatric primary care, pediatric urgent care, or pediatric emergency rooms.
• Experience providing virtual, phone, or in-person pediatric triage care.
• Ability to work two 12-hour shifts per week with a rotating day/night schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable internet connection for remote work via video, phone, and text.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of outpatient pediatric care experience.
• 1+ years of virtual or phone pediatric triage experience.
• Certification as a CLC or IBCLC.
• Certification as a Sleep Consultant.
• Experience providing care in Spanish.
