Location: Remote (Must have an active IMLC compact license or reside in an IMLC member state)

Compensation: $130 - $150 USD per hour

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully remote virtual environment.
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients, serving as their primary care physician.
• Execute population health initiatives including AWVs, care gaps, and risk capture.
• Refer patients to specialists or acute care services as clinically indicated.
• Provide post-discharge support to patients to improve treatment adherence and reduce readmissions.

Requirements

• Must have an active IMLC compact license or reside in an IMLC member state.
• 3+ years of post-residency work experience, including 2+ years in an in-person primary care setting.
• Proven experience with virtual visits and proficiency with EPIC EMR.
• Commitment of 20 hours per week with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
• Clean background and medical malpractice history.
