What you will do

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for business teams through research, outreach, and market mapping.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using creative sourcing strategies beyond inbound applications.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and prioritize pipeline development.
• Track candidate activity and maintain organized workflows using Greenhouse and Gem.
• Test and refine outreach messaging and sourcing approaches to improve engagement and response rates.

Requirements

• 4+ years of sourcing experience with a focus on corporate or business roles.
• Proven experience identifying and engaging passive candidates through research and sourcing tools.
• Strong ability to partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate needs into sourcing strategies.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools like Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems.
• Comfort using AI tools to support sourcing, research, and outreach.
• Must be able to work onsite at least 3 days per week in Chicago, Menlo Park, or New York.
