What you will do
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for the Paymode business.
- Analyze transaction volume, payment volume, customer adoption, revenue yield, pricing, retention, profitability, and margin trends.
- Build and maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, investments, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop ROI analyses, business cases, scenario plans, sensitivity analyses, pricing strategies, and trade-off recommendations.
- Monitor monthly close, forecast reviews, QBRs, KPI dashboards, variance analysis, and board or private equity reporting.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Accounting, BI/Data, and Finance teams to support profitable growth and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or related roles.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and decision support.
- Experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing decisions.
- Experience preparing executive-ready PowerPoint materials and financial narratives for senior leadership, board, or private equity audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, ownership, prioritization, and accountability skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS, fintech, payments, recurring revenue, revenue drivers, retention, pricing, or margin analysis.
- Experience with BI, planning, or ERP tools.
- Experience in a private equity-backed organization.
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or another relevant advanced degree or certification.
