What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Support Engineers to ensure high quality and responsiveness
• Own team performance against SLA commitments and address gaps in tooling and process
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to translate customer trends into actionable insights
• Hire, onboard, and develop team members through structured feedback and growth plans
• Identify and drive improvements in systemic documentation and support tooling
• Manage the on-call rotation structure for weekend and off-hours coverage

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with export control regulations
• 4+ years of experience managing technical support or field engineering teams in SaaS or AI/ML
• Hands-on technical background in a support, engineering, or ML role
• Experience working in a high-growth startup environment
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven management skills
• Proven ability to provide direct feedback and maintain high team standards

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the hirify.global product
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) or Kubernetes
• Background in Python or supporting Python-heavy user bases
• Experience building or scaling a support function from the ground up
• Knowledge of ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
