Salary: $180,000 – $260,000 + Offers Equity

What you will do
- Work directly with customers to solve complex problems and provide education on using hirify.global platforms.
- Serve as an expert on hirify.global products, even when AI doesn't have the answer.
- Partner with engineering and customer teams to resolve issues.
- Use scripting and AI to improve internal tooling and automate processes.
- Create approaches to scaling solutions and partner with product teams.
- Foster a supportive and productive work culture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in user operations, technical support, or support engineering roles, ideally within tech startups.
- Comfortable using emerging technologies (Codex, ChatGPT, hirify.global API, etc.) to script code (e.g., Python) for automating tasks.
- Expert-level SaaS troubleshooting skills and ability to understand new technologies.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills for complex technical issues.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to change.
- Must be able to work weekend shifts.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
