What you will do

• Maintain and test low and medium voltage switchgear, circuit breakers, and power transformers.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility instrumentation, including flow, pressure, temperature, and level devices.
• Perform maintenance on Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS).
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks such as calibration, thermography, and ultrasonic testing.
• Support plant shutdown activities, including equipment teardown and inspection.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
• Physical ability to lift/carry 50lbs, work from heights, and in confined spaces.
• Must be able to qualify to wear a full-face respirator.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Westbury, NY.
