What you will do

• Develop and execute boiler outage inspection plans and coordinate thorough evaluations.
• Perform condition assessments of boiler pressure parts, refractory, and high-energy piping.
• Prepare technical reports and executive summaries with risk prioritization and maintenance recommendations.
• Oversee QA/QC inspections and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality and specification compliance.
• Analyze historical equipment data to drive reliability improvements and failure reduction strategies.
• Partner with site operations and corporate engineering teams on material standards and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience in boiler systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• 1–3+ years of experience in industrial or power generation maintenance and inspections.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and mechanical documentation.
• Willingness to travel frequently to support outages and field inspections.
• Ability to work in industrial environments, including confined spaces and elevated areas.
