What you will do
- Manage and resolve technical issues for complex products and applications.
- Troubleshoot problems and coordinate with peers and partner groups as needed.
- Provide guidance on technical requirements definition and/or issue resolution.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on how D&B systems work for internal and external stakeholders.
- Validate solutions against customer needs and expectations.
- Recommend system, process, and product enhancements based on support experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 to 8 years of related experience.
- Experience working with data files: view, extract, transfer, store, recall, and manipulate.
- Strong proficiency and experience in JavaScript.
- Experience performing admin work in a CRM environment (e.g., SFDC).
- Ability to communicate complex technical requirements, issues, and solutions in layman terms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to have
- Intermediate SQL experience.
- Experience supporting and/or using APIs.
- Experience using AI in a professional capacity to improve productivity and efficiency.
