TL;DR

Technical Customer Analyst: Provide independent technical support and issue management for complex D&B products and applications with an accent on troubleshooting, resolution, and validating solutions against customer needs. Focus on system/process/product enhancement recommendations, internal/external subject-matter expertise, and communicating complex technical requirements in layman terms.

What you will do

  • Manage and resolve technical issues for complex products and applications.
  • Troubleshoot problems and coordinate with peers and partner groups as needed.
  • Provide guidance on technical requirements definition and/or issue resolution.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on how D&B systems work for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Validate solutions against customer needs and expectations.
  • Recommend system, process, and product enhancements based on support experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 to 8 years of related experience.
  • Experience working with data files: view, extract, transfer, store, recall, and manipulate.
  • Strong proficiency and experience in JavaScript.
  • Experience performing admin work in a CRM environment (e.g., SFDC).
  • Ability to communicate complex technical requirements, issues, and solutions in layman terms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

  • Intermediate SQL experience.
  • Experience supporting and/or using APIs.
  • Experience using AI in a professional capacity to improve productivity and efficiency.
