Software Engineer

TL;DR

What you will do

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and customize the Andi coaching assistant.
• Design, implement, integrate, and test software solutions of moderate complexity for the Andi coaching platform.
• Deliver solutions in live production systems, working individually and collaboratively.
• Support, maintain, and resolve issues for custom features in live production systems, with occasional on-call availability.

Requirements

• English: fluent written and oral communication required
• Work authorization: applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; Q2 cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa
• Experience across the full software development life cycle.
• Proficiency in programming paradigms and experience with TypeScript (or similar: JavaScript/C#).
• Web development experience and strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
• Experience engineering software in a service-oriented architecture; ability to work flexible hours when needed for deadlines and off-hours installations.
