What you will do
- Generate new demand and pipeline via high-volume outbound outreach using calls, emails, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Nurture relationships with potential clients at various levels within large strategic and enterprise accounts.
- Conduct consultative conversations with stakeholders to uncover needs and position solutions as business value.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and channel partners to develop and execute account-based strategies.
- Maintain meticulous records of lead qualification and prospecting efforts in Salesforce CRM.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs, including leads converted to sales qualified opportunities and pipeline value.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an SDR or in Inside Sales, preferably engaging with large or strategic accounts.
- English: Advanced proficiency (C1/C2 level) required.
- Proven success in qualifying high-value opportunities within complex sales cycles.
- Strong track record of meeting performance metrics in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage executive-level stakeholders.
- Location: Must be based in San José, Costa Rica.
Nice to have
- Experience using Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Previous experience in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) and sales strategies.
- Multilingual abilities.
