What you will do

• Define and execute multi-generational product plans for machine and work tool systems.
• Develop and support machine performance and system integration in collaboration with software and engineering teams.
• Perform in-application tuning and validate overall system functionality and performance.
• Lead technology and integration projects by coordinating activities across cross-functional teams.
• Partner with manufacturing sites to ensure in-process validation meets customer and product requirements.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders based on requirements analysis and tuning.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Science, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience integrating complex machine or vehicle systems with system-level ownership of requirements and performance.
• Hands-on experience tuning machine systems in real-world applications to meet customer requirements.
• Proven ability to lead technology projects across cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in the US or eligible for domestic relocation.
