What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to lead technical pre-sales, including discovery, demos, and Proofs of Concept (POC).
• Translate complex technical concepts into business value for CTOs, product leaders, and engineering teams.
• Develop custom search applications and integrations using hirify.global APIs and ecosystem tools.
• Support partner-led sales motions through enablement, education, and technical guidance.
• Advocate for customer needs internally by providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Ensure a seamless transition for customers from the sales process to post-sales onboarding.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, consultant, or PM) in the SaaS space.
• Proven software development experience with frontend (React, TypeScript) or backend (Go, Java, Python, Node) technologies.
• Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience delivering technical presales workshops and managing multiple customer accounts.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
• Experience with data modeling and transformation.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and developing generative AI and agentic applications.
• Knowledge of ecommerce frameworks like Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Experience with UI/UX design tools (Photoshop, SketchApp).
• Familiarity with SEO and analytics.
