What you will do

• Support consulting teams by operating sophisticated internal models and developing new analyses.
• Extract and analyze data from internal databases, websites, and proprietary hirify.global products.
• Contribute to the content and format of high-standard consulting presentations and reports.
• Take ownership of project workstreams and defend findings to clients and peers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in research and sales to develop new client offerings.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to offer creative solutions to industry challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master qualification in a relevant, numerate subject.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data modeling.
• Advanced competence in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex technical information.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet strict deadlines in a client-centric environment.
• Must be based in Sydney, AU
