What you will do

• Lead key workstreams within health projects, including operating model design, performance improvement, digital health strategy, and change management.
• Break down ambiguous client challenges (e.g., patient flow bottlenecks, funding model changes) into solvable components using data and logic.
• Manage stakeholders by building trust with clinicians, frontline staff, and hospital executives.
• Support business growth in Perth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and helping draft proposals.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in consulting or transformation project management with strong core consulting capabilities (communications, project management, stakeholder management).
• Based in Perth and able to work within the local business context.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization.
• Clear written and verbal communication with confidence and direct, jargon-free messaging.
• Agility to switch between workshop facilitation and building analytical/financial models.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering projects in the health sector, including familiarity with the Australian health system (state/federal funding interplay, clinical governance, or digital health records).
• Experience delivering projects in the WA government sector across multiple government departments.
