What you will do

  • Manage customer-focused implementation and configuration strategies based on gathered requirements.
  • Act as a technical expert for customer workflows, API integrations, and product configuration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and training to ensure roadmap alignment.
  • Document test scenarios to support QA processes and provide 3rd level support for deliveries.
  • Train customers on newly delivered configurations and product features.
  • Support pre- and post-sales processes by recommending best-practice product usage.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering large transformation programs using high-performing teams.
  • Strong technical background in API management, SOAP, XML, OAuth, and integration tools like Postman or Swagger.
  • Proven experience in technical requirements gathering or business analysis, ideally in Automotive or Insurance markets.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and traditional Waterfall project management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
