Location: Hybrid work from hirify.global office in San Francisco, CA (3+ days a week). Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Salary: $137,342 – $207,805 per annum

What you will do

• Manage and mature hirify.global’s fraud and cybersecurity risk programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to identify and limit undesirable activities.
• Drive the implementation of product-focused fraud and risk detection tooling and processes.
• Develop and execute mitigations for identified risks to ensure minimal business impact.
• Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product risks.
• Implement service changes to increase overall resiliency against observed risks.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in risk analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and Python.
• Experience with Fraud Detection and Risk Management.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, and Airflow.
• Experience with ETL workflows, Tableau, and Power BI.
