What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and produce detailed functional and system specifications.
• Map business needs to system capabilities and recommend scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and document system requirements.
• Configure system settings and options to align with business objectives; design workflows, charts, and diagrams.
• Plan, execute, and document unit, integration, and acceptance testing; develop test scripts and compile QA reports.
• Monitor and troubleshoot systems and applications in production; lead small to medium-sized projects for specific subsystems or features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); 5+ years with a Bachelor’s, 4+ years with a Master’s, or 2+ years with a PhD.
• 5+ years of experience across the software development lifecycle: system design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Proficiency executing and documenting software test cases and results.
• Snowflake/HANA or any SQL knowledge.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills for complex production system issues.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
