What you will do

  • Manage content rights landscapes, ingestion practices (DDEX), and digital supply chain operations.
  • Oversee publishing clearance, metadata management, and compliance with reporting obligations from licensing agreements.
  • Direct the architecture and development of the content management system.
  • Identify and implement automation and tooling to streamline manual processes and reduce turnaround times.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex partner challenges, including revenue discrepancies and product concerns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in global operations for music-focused tech platforms, digital music services, or rights owners.
  • Proven track record of maintaining positive relationships with major and independent music content owners.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Moderate proficiency in SQL.
  • Ability to work in the New York office 4+ days per week.
