What you will do

• Lead and develop the Software Ops and Product Implementation team.
• Own the full software operations lifecycle, including device provisioning, configuration, and version management.
• Build tools and automate manual processes to scale operational capabilities.
• Manage the handover from Product and Engineering to Operations for all new product launches.
• Drive issue resolution during end-of-assembly Quality Control, acting as the primary contact between Engineering and Operations.
• Act as Project Manager for large, cross-functional implementation projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software operations, implementation engineering, or technical programme management.
• Track record of leading operational processes in scaling technology businesses, ideally in IoT or hardware-software environments.
• Strong technical foundation in software configuration, deployments, and device management.
• Proven project management skills for running cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in London to perform hands-on system configuration and troubleshooting.
