We are looking for a Microsoft Solutions Architect / AI Lead ⚡️
🎯 Requirements:
• Deep Microsoft Azure AI expertise — especially Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and M365 Copilot
• Strong understanding of model selection, retrieval/grounding (RAG), and multi-agent orchestration
• Experience with data architecture, ontology design, and data modelling (Microsoft Fabric is a strong plus)
• Solid Azure platform knowledge: identity, networking, data residency, and security for confidential client data
• Private banking domain expertise, including KYC, adverse media & sanctions screening, periodic reviews, and credit assessment
• Understanding of regulatory and governance requirements, ideally within the Swiss / FINMA environment
• Senior advisory profile with strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, from CTOs to compliance officers
• English: Advanced+
