What you will do

• Design and evolve shared AI services, agentic frameworks, and paved-road patterns for enterprise-scale AI delivery.
• Establish technical standards for agentic orchestration, tool calling, and structured outputs in production-grade systems.
• Lead cross-team technical initiatives and influence AI design alignment across multiple value streams.
• Optimize performance, cost, and scalability of AI workloads in collaboration with Security, Cloud Platform, and SRE teams.
• Maintain hands-on involvement with critical AI infrastructure and services while driving long-term technical strategy.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in AI/ML software engineering at a Senior Principal or equivalent level.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and Azure.
• Proven experience building LLM systems and RAG pipelines in production environments.
• Strong system design skills, including APIs, developer platforms, and multi-agent orchestrations.
• Ability to influence technical decisions across teams without direct authority.
• Experience operating within regulated SaaS environments.
