Senior Cloud Architect (Azure/AI): Designing and governing Azure cloud and AI infrastructure for intelligent automation with an accent on full-stack architecture, enterprise networking, and AI orchestration. Focus on building production-ready LLM/RAG infrastructure, automating platform deployment via IaC, and ensuring zero-trust security governance.

Location: Hybrid in Raanana, Israel (2 days office / 3 days remote)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end Azure architecture for AI workloads including LLMs, RAG, and MLOps.
• Design enterprise networking, private connectivity, and isolated multi-environment topology (hub-and-spoke VNets).
• Architect the AI developer toolchain using Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot, and Models Gateway.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Bicep.
• Establish IAM, authentication flows (Entra ID), and observability stacks using OpenTelemetry and Grafana.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across AI CoE, DevOps, and Security teams to govern designs.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software/cloud architecture with 5+ years of hands-on Azure experience (AKS, AI Foundry, APIM).
• Must be based in or able to work from Raanana, Israel under the hybrid model.
• Proven track record building production AI/ML infrastructure (LLMs, RAG, vector search).
• Expertise in Terraform/Bicep, GitHub Actions, and container orchestration (Kubernetes/AKS).
• Deep knowledge of Entra ID, OAuth2/OIDC, and zero-trust connectivity.
• English: Fluency (C1) required.
