What you will do
- Build and maintain global master planning and retailer-specific marketing activation calendars.
- Lead end-to-end execution of trade marketing calendars for major US accounts such as Sephora and Ulta.
- Manage the project management workspace in Asana, establishing timelines, dependencies, and task ownership.
- Translate retail and business objectives into clear briefs and actionable production schedules for the Creative Studio.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing toolkits for product launches.
- Maintain retailer and event budgets, ensuring accurate spending tracking and invoice processing.
Requirements
- Must be based in Los Angeles and able to work on-site at the LA studio.
- Expert-level proficiency with Asana for project tracking and workload management.
- Working understanding of creative asset production timelines and studio workflows.
- Experience in trade and retail marketing execution.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into detailed technical briefs.
