What you will do
- Lead execution of diverse marketing projects in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
- Manage day-to-day operations and deliver low-to-medium complexity tactical projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and deliver projects on time.
- Co-own projects with senior Account and Project Management staff, including building project plans.
- Deliver submissions for regulatory review and maintain quality/process standards.
- Foster client and partner agency relationships; manage multiple projects concurrently within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing (or comparable field) or equivalent education plus professional experience.
- 2β5 years of professional experience in an Account and/or Project Management role.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
- Comfort leading through a project lifecycle, including scope and change management.
- Experience with project burn analysis, risk identification/escalation, and building timelines/estimates.
- Basic familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Workfront Proof, Smartsheet, MS Project) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
