What you will do

• Lead the development, execution, and governance of the Foot & Ankle Continuous Improvement (EGX) strategy.
• Establish a multi-year roadmap including capability development, maturity targets, and value realization goals.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools such as VSM, Kaizen, 5S, Gemba walks, and DMAIC to drive operational improvement.
• Mentor and coach managers and employees in the application of Lean tools to create a culture of continuous improvement.
• Analyze plant process data and performance to provide strategic recommendations to the Leadership Team.
• Standardize best practices across the network and audit processes to ensure sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a STEM-related field.
• Certification in Lean or Six Sigma with proven experience leading and facilitating events.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or process improvement.
• Full-time US work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B) is provided.
• Ability to travel via automobile and/or airplane as needed.
