What you will do

• Lead cost-out programs using value engineering, design-to-cost, and process improvement initiatives.
• Identify and execute cost savings opportunities across manufacturing, supply chain, and product design.
• Develop and manage detailed program plans, including financial targets and resource allocation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Quality, Regulatory) to implement cost reduction strategies.
• Analyze BOM, labor, and supplier pricing to identify efficiency gains and lead supplier negotiations.
• Track and report cost savings metrics, forecasts, and risks to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
• 6–8 years of experience in medical device, healthcare manufacturing, or a highly regulated industry.
• 2–5 years of experience leading cross-functional programs or projects.
• Proven track record of driving cost optimization programs with quantifiable financial impact.
• Strong financial acumen, including cost modeling and ROI analysis.
• Working knowledge of ISO standards, FDA regulations, and Design Controls within the medical device industry.
