What you will do
- Manage the day-to-day business and enhancement of product lines to drive continued growth and consumer satisfaction.
- Define and iterate product specifications by balancing consumer needs, market white space, and available technologies.
- Take ownership of category sales performance and identify new product opportunities to fill market gaps.
- Lead competitive product analyses to provide insights on how to maintain market leadership.
- Partner with Testing and Quality organizations to develop and manage performance testing procedures.
- Act as the primary product expert for cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product development, product marketing, or human factors engineering, preferably within a consumer goods company.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a mindset geared toward building relationships across multi-functional teams.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills for hosting conversations and making presentations to all levels of management.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in the United States.
