TL;DR
Media Operations Support Analyst: Provide Level 1 (L1) enterprise support for ’s Technical Operations and Marketing Supply Chain platforms and workflows with an accent on media asset management, content distribution, and post-production operations across broadcast and streaming environments. Focus on troubleshooting ingest/transcode/delivery issues, supporting live and linear workflows, and coordinating onboarding, documentation, and outage bridge communications.
Location: Hybrid (office minimum 4 days per week)
Salary: USD 60,000 - USD 70,000

What you will do
- Provide L1 support for Media Operations and Marketing Supply Chain platforms (fulfillment, editing, archiving, and asset review) across cloud-based and hybrid environments
- Ingest, manage, and archive marketing assets in cloud-based Marketing Supply Chain systems
- Monitor fulfillment pipelines and proactively troubleshoot and resolve ingest, transcode, and delivery issues
- Support live and linear workflows including routing, recording, and transcodes
- Handle user onboarding, training, and day-to-day platform support
- Escalate and track technical issues with Engineering; initiate outage bridges and maintain operational documentation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in post-production and/or media operations, or a degree/certification in Media or Communications
- Experience with Media Asset Management (MAM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and workflows
- Hands-on experience with media management platforms such as Interplay, DIVA, and Orangelogic
- Strong understanding of video/audio codecs, file formats, camera formats, and resolutions
- Experience with live records, routing, and transcodes (e.g., Grass Valley iControl, DVS Venice, Florical, Telestream products) and ingest platforms
- Must be able to work any shift, including overnights, swing or weekends, to support a 24/7 operation
