Financial Analyst (Hybrid): Delivering financial analysis, renewal modeling, market evaluations, and compliance support to strengthen client benefit strategy with an accent on renewal projections, pricing/contribution modeling, and accurate carrier/claims data. Focus on managing RFPs and producing clear renewal exhibits and executive-ready reporting across the plan lifecycle.

Salary: $60,000 to $80,000 per year

What you will do
- Prepare financial reports, renewal projections, pricing models, contribution modeling, and plan performance analyses
- Create market exhibits, renewal materials, and client presentations
- Own and project manage the RFP process for assigned clients, including finalist presentations
- Collect, audit, analyze, and interpret carrier and claims data to support renewals and financial deliverables
- Maintain accurate market, renewal, and client data in internal systems (D365 and Client Action Logs)
- Support client compliance requirements (e.g., RxDC, 5500s, PCORI, Creditable Coverage, Discrimination Testing) and distribute monthly carrier performance reports
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience working with a group insurance carrier, broker, or consultant
- Knowledge of group insurance products (medical, dental, pharmacy, life, disability, CDHPs)
- Strong analytical, quantitative, organization, and project management skills; ability to manage multiple client priorities and deadlines
