What you will do

• Develop business architecture strategies based on healthcare business scenarios and organizational motivations.
• Capture enterprise views including strategy, capability, value streams, and organizational perspectives.
• Define strategic, core, and support processes that transcend functional boundaries.
• Develop and maintain architecture artifacts such as capability models, process flows, and value-stream maps.
• Collaborate with IT architects and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business strategy and technology.
• Support enterprise governance through architecture analysis and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business or enterprise architecture.
• Proficiency with frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF.
• Experience with modeling notations like BPMN, ArchiMate, or UML.
• Understanding of healthcare IT environments, including EHR systems and clinical workflows.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Veterans Health Administration or federal health agencies.
• Certified Business Architect (CBA) or TOGAF certification.
• Familiarity with Agile or SAFe methodologies.
• Knowledge of HL7 FHIR and interoperability standards.
