DWS Program Coordinator (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, but must be located in the Seattle, Washington area with required weekly travel to worksites (up to 4 days per week).

Salary: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

What you will do

• Increase awareness and engagement of client-wide well-being offerings through onsite programs and services.
• Act as a customer advocate and primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders to maximize relationship value.
• Manage and support the Well-being Champion Network, overseeing events, initiatives, and reporting.
• Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of well-being programs, including scheduling and resource referrals.
• Create engaging promotional content to support the client's health education and well-being initiatives.
• Track and report on participant-facing activities and overall program performance.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Wellness Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Must be based in the Seattle, Washington area.
• Proven ability to manage multiple relationships with various client stakeholders.
• Experience managing Wellness Champion Networks.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Nice to have

• Professional Certification from National Wellness Institute (NWI), The National Commission for Health Education Credentialing (NCHEC), or equivalent.
