What you will do
- Perform installation, start-up, commissioning, and testing of automation equipment at customer sites.
- Provide technical assistance, training, and after-sales services during and after the warranty period.
- Test and evaluate equipment performance based on technical, contractual, and safety specifications.
- Troubleshoot automation systems, HMI, and electrical plants following Standard Operating Procedures.
- Submit technical reports and identify new after-sales opportunities on-site.
- Coach junior colleagues on technical activities, troubleshooting, and reporting deliverables.
Requirements
- Degree or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Field Service (installation, assembly, and mechanical troubleshooting).
- Deep knowledge of Filling Machines, Blow Molders, or high-speed packaging lines.
- Proficiency in pneumatics, hydraulics, and interpreting complex mechanical drawings.
- Advanced/Fluent English and Spanish required for global reporting and client communication.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 90% of the time and work in industrial environments.
