Manufacturing Engineer PL

What you will do

• Lead the plant continuous improvement program, 5S activities, Kaizen events, audits, training, and structured Lean projects.
• Work with operators, supervisors, and production teams to implement and sustain improvements in productivity, efficiency, cost, waste, quality, and process performance.
• Analyze and standardize manufacturing processes, routings, work instructions, and production documentation.
• Conduct time studies, capacity analysis, line balancing, equipment utilization assessments, and bottleneck analysis.
• Provide shop-floor technical support for equipment, tooling, process, and manufacturing issues.
• Support industrialization, commissioning, automation investments, equipment ramp-up, and new product or process development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing, process engineering, industrial engineering, or continuous improvement, preferably with direct shop-floor exposure.
• Experience leading improvement projects and process changes using A3, PDCA, Kaizen, VSM, and 5S.
• Knowledge of standardized work, time studies, capacity analysis, industrialization, commissioning, equipment ramp-up, project management, cost reduction, and KPI analysis.
• Advanced English communication skills, good Excel and data-analysis skills, and experience with ERP or manufacturing systems, preferably SAP.
• Ability to work proactively with operators, supervisors, engineers, management, and international teams without direct authority.
