What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Digital Analysts to conduct A/B tests and provide actionable recommendations to improve digital products.
• Analyze customer behavior using SQL Hive/Spark, Python, Alteryx, and Adobe Analytics.
• Apply statistical testing methods to ensure the reliability and validity of test results.
• Coordinate with Analytics Capabilities and Digital Analytics teams to ensure correct tracking and measurement for experiments.
• Partner with the finance team to forecast accurate financial benefits from optimizations.

Requirements

• Experience analyzing data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights.
• Ability to explain complex data information clearly to stakeholders with varying levels of technical understanding.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing principles and the business value of optimization.
• Proficiency in querying data using SQL.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Exposure to A/B testing tools and web analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• Relevant degree in a quantitative discipline (2:1 or higher).
