Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

What you will do

  • Lead and coach teams of Loan Servicing Specialists to meet performance, quality, and service goals.
  • Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to simplify operations and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Finance, Compliance, Credit, and Legal.
  • Monitor workflow and assign tasks to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Lean Six Sigma projects and lead implementation plans.
  • Ensure adherence to monitoring and managing Key Risk and Controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Certifications required.
  • 5+ years of managerial experience in Loan Servicing within Banking or Finance.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. banking regulatory environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship).
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 15%.
