What you will do

• Develop and implement the GDC foundational framework, including governance, operating models, and KPIs.
• Establish and scale new GDC sites across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM to support a workforce of 500+ resources.
• Lead the end-to-end transition and rollout of the IT service catalogue across global locations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align resourcing and delivery expectations.
• Implement global delivery best practices, automation, and continuous improvement programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, or global operations.
• Proven track record of building or scaling IT shared services centers across multiple regions.
• Strong understanding of ITIL-based operations and multi-tower integration.
• English: Fluent and professional proficiency required.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in complex, multinational environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with nearshore/offshore delivery models.
• Background in enterprise-level IT operations (Cloud, Security, Infrastructure, Service Desk).
• PMP or ITIL certifications.
