What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues by reproducing customer environments.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and analyze data path performance across Cloud and On-premises deployments.
- Provide technical expertise during the testing, deployment, and upgrading of software.
- Manage critical customer escalations and facilitate communication between CloudOps, Engineering, and Product teams.
- Document technical issues and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
- Act as a customer advocate to help users maximize the value of their subscriptions.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in the enterprise software industry.
- Expert knowledge of Linux/Unix and networking (TCP/IP).
- Strong background in scripting or programming languages.
- Experience with Cloud-based and On-premise environments.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
Nice to have
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- Experience with NoSQL databases, specifically .
- Experience with container orchestration environments, such as Kubernetes.
