Senior Manager, DIB & CMMC Marketing (DIB/CMMC 2.0): Owns ’s DIB and CMMC marketing motion end-to-end—strategy, content, events, and executive communications—with an accent on translating CMMC 2.0 Phase 2 urgency into credible messaging for defense contractors and C-suite buyers. Focus on building pipeline-driving assets and programs that argue for keeping CUI off the endpoint, while tracking the C3PAO ecosystem and DFARS enforcement landscape.

What you will do
- Own DIB & CMMC campaign strategy and execution end-to-end, including content calendar, performance reporting, and updates driven by the Nov 10, 2026 CMMC 2.0 Phase 2 deadline.
- Develop and maintain DIB-specific messaging frameworks (value propositions, buyer personas, and segment narratives across Tier-1 primes, mid-market subs, and small subs).
- Partner with the ELT to define ’s external voice for the defense contractor audience, drafting executive communications, speaking points, and thought leadership.
- Produce pipeline-moving DIB content (white papers, solution briefs, compliance guides, webinars/podcasts, and sales enablement) tailored to the CMMC compliance journey.
- Own event strategy and on-site execution for DIB/CMMC forums, and build community relationships with CMMC practitioners (RPOs, C3PAOs, advisors, and DIB associations).
- Support sales and cross-functional growth by aligning DIB assets with pipeline needs and coordinating reporting on pipeline influenced, content performance, and event ROI.
Requirements
- US-based (Remote - US)
- 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience with direct exposure to the DIB or defense contractor market.
- Deep familiarity with CMMC 2.0, NIST 800-171, DFARS, and CUI handling requirements to write credibly about scope, controls, and audit burden.
- Proven experience producing content for technical, compliance-minded buyers (e.g., white papers, solution briefs, regulatory guides, or thought leadership).
- Experience planning and executing event presence at defense/DIB-focused forums and representing the company on-site.
- Strong writing and executive-communications experience (drafting CEO remarks/talking points and iterating based on feedback).
