What you will do

• Own the end-to-end response for all inbound security questionnaires, DDQs, and vendor risk assessments across 14 products.
• Maintain and continuously improve a high-quality content library in RFPIO and SafeBase.
• Triage inbound requests, manage response SLAs, and escalate blockers or policy gaps.
• Serve as the internal SME on security and compliance frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST 800-171, GDPR, and CCPA.
• Partner with Security, Legal, and Product teams to validate responses and ensure accurate representation.
• Drive SafeBase Trust Center adoption among customers and CSMs to reduce manual DDQ volume.

Requirements

• 5+ years in information security compliance, vendor risk, or customer trust.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, SCCs, SIG, CSA CAIQ, GDPR, and CCPA.
• Experience managing high-volume security questionnaire or DDQ workflows in a SaaS environment.
• Exceptional written communication skills for precise and defensible documentation.
• Proficiency with RFPIO or a comparable questionnaire automation platform.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Dallas, TX

Nice to have

• Experience administering Trust Center platforms such as SafeBase, Vanta, Drata, OneTrust, or Whistic.
• Familiarity with public sector requirements like FedRAMP, StateRAMP, or CMMC.
• Background in T&E, fintech, or multi-product SaaS.
