What you will do

• Lead and mentor SOC designers and verification engineers across multiple projects.
• Manage all phases of SOC design, including microarchitecture, RTL coding, and integration.
• Collaborate with verification teams to ensure design intent and address complex debug issues.
• Interface with executive management, customers, and partners to align technical vision with business goals.
• Improve SOC processes, tools, and methods to enhance productivity and quality.
• Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital SOC design with significant leadership experience.
• Expertise in SOC integration, RTL, synthesis, timing closure, and physical implementation.
• Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools.
• Excellent English communication skills for explaining technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Experience working within multicultural and multi-site teams.
